  Don't waste your time going to cash a check at the end of the day you'll be waiting 20 minutes until the clerks are done laughing and gossiping until they get to you.

  I have been a member of Valley Strong for decades. I recently applied for a home equity loan (and I'm also using Valley Strong for my first mortgage. Both of these loans were well-done, explained well, and have great interest rates. I would never consider using any other bank or credit union.

  A well managed and friendly "local" credit union. I've used them for more than 35 years & have never had a negative experience. Car loans to personal loans, they do it all with many locations around town.

  When my vehicle was stolen, my wallet was stolen too. I called KFCU and they cancelled my card and filed reports for Fraud. They were extremely helpful and patient. I can respect a company that cares. Than you

  In a very convenient location within Mustang Square. KSFCU is a must have account for their extremely competitive if not lowest rates on auto loans. Be sure to opt for automatic payment to benefit additional 0.25% on your rate.

  Very little wait time, patient customer service. Clean establishment. Can’t speak for every branch, but my experience was great.
