  Someone stole my card and while I was at work charges where being made I couldn't just up and leave so I was calling and calling no answer and had to go down there on my lunch break which didn't sit to well with my boss seeing how I was late back to work still till this day when I call they never answer and when you walk in there nobody is on a phone

  I like this bank but am thinking of switching due to the great idea they came up with having these new lines. Good going guys , way to fix something else that wasn't broken. I hope who ever came up with that got a raise

  Such an awesome place to bank. Their fraud department is amazing. Over the course of the years my card has been compromized without my knowledge and both times they were quick to give me a ring and cancel the card. It's really impressive with the amount of online shopping that I do that they caught both before I did. They may have also flagged my own purchases once when I got a little ebay drunk, but I was happy to see it was actively being guarded so that was not a problem at all. The tellers and receptionist are always welcoming and knowledgable and I have always walked out of the bank feeling like my issue has been resolved.

  When I needed a loan, they made it a fast and simple process. The loan officer, Jennifer Hollenbeck, was professional, kind, and showed she actually cared about my financial situation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
