  RIP OFFS!!! They told my son that they will only only pay 10% of the value of your item. WTF??? I understand as a business, you must make a profit but to take advantage of people who are down on their luck is unethical, dirty and down right wrong. Do yourself a favor and sell your item on Craig's List, Offer Up or check out the down town pawn shops or Rosedale Pawn on Rosedale Hwy. I cant guarantee you that these other pawn shops will pay you what your item is worth but they certainly will not pay you any less than Wooden Nickel.

  Very pricey. Everything in there was maybe a few dollars away from retail price. We come to places like this because we don't want to pay full price. Staff was friendly enough but come on . Example, Samsung 32 in plasma, not even LCD,-$150. You can buy brand new for that price.

  Last time I went here the employee was acting like i was wasting his time. I brought in some jewelry and he offered me 35$ for it I know it is worth farrrrr more than that. It was insulting, he was an ass, and just a waste of time.

  I walked in to wooden nickel looking for good quality bike and walked out with one at a reasonable price they are the best in town no doubts thanks fellas keep up the good work and thank you for working with me they even offer layaway but didn't have to go there due to them negotiate thanks again
