  Very upset with the service provide by the teller Miguel! I went in to do a simple deposit with cash back, however I was forced to do what Miguel wanted me to do he didn’t even try to process my transaction as requested instead he said we can’t do cash back only deposit, I asked him why!? He couldn’t answer then responds with the check gets canceled after we try it with cash back (not true) acting as a collection agency! Wasn’t aware CHASE was a collection agency. Sadden to see how his biased thoughts got in the way. He wasted my time and gave false information as to when funds were going to be available!

  There were 5 bankers no one to help me waiting there for 16mins 1 person helping someone while the rest stand there and scratch their a** Including manager.

  They do a Great Job , online and @ Customer Service also the Chase App! Is much easier from your living room don't have to go out especially when the Weather is Hot!! 110° Keep up the Great Job!👍👍👍👍

  I would like to give a 0 because of all of my experiences in all of the Chase Banks in Southwest Bakersfield (including this one.) I can never get a appointment and, no one listens carefully to what I’m saying. There is always long lines because there is only 2 to 3 people at the front. HORRIBLE SERVICES!!!

  Just needed quarters. Person on the floor (who usually is the person who takes care of quick stuff, like getting quarters) told me I had to wait in line, which was 20 minutes deep. Freaking ridiculous. Just a footnote in my many issues with this evil company, but from the floor to the top, this bank is filled with jerks.

  It just keeps getting worse. They have one ATM working outside and one inside. Terrible place, so slow, they don't hire enough people to help you in a timely manner, never enough workers. And Chase in general has so much fraud protection that you can't even access nor use your own money or credit cards, but hackers can easily get into your business account and business credit cards...I have my business and personal but no longer I will transfer out because they don't value your business. This is horrible service. I can't give a ZERO review, otherwise i would. Go somewhere else.

  On 7/20/2020 I went into the Ming Branch to open a business account and because I needed a appointment I decided to just open a regular checking account. I was then told by Javi Menchaca a Relationship Banker and Branch manager Haydee Ayala that based on the information they must refuse me opening a checking or savings account. Much to my surprise I asked why can I not and they both stated that they do not have to give me a explanation. Needless to say I left the bank In tears wondering was I refused because of the color of my skin. I was never asked to provide any information and I am very financially stable . I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

  Yikes. Really inefficient. Like the others noted, simple things taking extraordinarily long times. It really just takes one person with common sense manning the list of client needs.

  If you would stop wasting people's time looking for an appointment which is fitting for you instead of doing your job you would be more efficient.

  It would be five stars if they had a drive-through ATM here. I understand the space constraints, but Starbucks managed it.
