  The first 8 numbers of every card is the same. It’s so extremely easy for your account to be hacked. It’s happened to me more times than I can count. Bad an account here for more than 10 years. Happy I left today.

  They were all so nice and made me feel welcomed. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all and the employees did not act in a upity fashion, or like they were better then others. My needs were taken care of easily and quickly. I would highly recommend this branch for all your banking needs.

  Great and fast service. Brenda was very polite and informative. Great service because I dreaded going into the branch due to long waits, but they were lickity-split. Strongly recommend this location.

  I am new to Bakersfield and Valley Strong was recommended, they are what people think, professional , kind, knowledgeable and pleasant, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to do their banking business! I will definitely be taking my business finances there as well !

  Thank so much valley strong is the Best it's better than Bank of America and I finally build up my credit now thanks too valley strong and gald my stuff is cleared now and they very fast and good works and they don't take long very friendly to talk to and nice people in valley strong and I'm happy to say I'm from valley strong thank so much I hope this bank never go because it's amazing

  This afternoon I went in to Valley Strong to Refinance my 2016 Lexus I was in and out Monica Gutierrez meet my needs she was very helpful nice and knew exactly what to do. Letting you all know when you need to refinance your car go in and talk to Monica Financial Services Specialist.
