  Clean, with quality items for sale. In my opinion this is the best pawn shop in Bakersfield. It's in the center of downtown, well lit and totally without the shady atmosphere typical of this kind of store. The staff is pleasant also. Highly recommended whether you are selling, taking a loan or looking for something interesting to buy. Did I mention they have very competitive prices as well?

  Customer service sucks, they make no effort to make a sale, they give one word answers to questions. The only thing they are good for is pawning your belongings. They also hung up on me after I asked if he had a ps4 controller for sale. He said "naw" and hung up.

  I bought an Xbox one from there “no control “ for $95 ,internet doesn’t connect to it I tried to get my money back and they tried to offer $60 back when I paid $95 for it “I don’t recommend buying Xbox one from there” the worker also had attitude for no reason like the heck?

  Great pawnshop, didn't argue with me on the price like those assholes at Griffin Pawnshop. George the manager paid more than what I was asking for. I highly recommend this shop.
