  me and my wife purchased a cell phone from them, mind you we have busy lives....the phone did not charge the guy who sold it said that it needed a battery so i purchased a battery from radio shack and low and behold it turned on but when it died the phone would not even so much as blink. Tried to take it back a few weeks later when i finally had time to do so being a full time student working 2 jobs and they refused they said they can give me store credit. the manager chris would not know his head from his posterior. they have been known to rip some people off i am reporting this shop the the bba for not only selling damaged products and lying about it but refusing to fix their mistakes

  I have to honestly say it was a very nice experience. Dave, Jacob and Matt were super helpful and abreast with vast knowledge of expertise. We will most likely return due to associates professionalism.

  I would not go anywhere in Bakersfield. When ever i need a few extras to make ends meet. Griffiths Pawn always treats the customers with care and compassion. Recently i bought a 60 inch smart tv. Valued around 500 cash open market. Griffiths made my Christmas. Hello 375 out the door. Just bought laptop as well. Electronic are superior and better then most pawn shops. Never had anything thing come up missing or stolen. God bless .naytisha n kevin.
