  Very nice selection of nearly brand new cars for sale. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but if they had, I definitely would have been a buyer! I was referred by a friend who was a satisfied repeat customer of Valeri Auto.

  I am an attorney in Chicago, Illinois, but I ALWAYS take my vehicles to Valeri Auto. Whether it is quick body detail after dealing with crazy Chicago drivers or an all out engine reworking, I only trust Louie Valeri and his workers at Valeri's because they are honest, affordable, and know what they are doing.   I drove over there with a simple issue (that I didn't know was simple at the time) and the guy at the desk (I never even got his name) just stared at me for a second and told me to come back in 15 minutes, which was reasonable, if you're busy then you're busy. When I came back, he put his jacket on and walked out there with me. He looked at my door for a few seconds and shook it. After he just stood there for a few seconds in silence, I asked him what the verdict was and he said I need to buy a new car. He then just kind of repeated that until I left. I have never felt so unwelcome and it was the least helpful thing I've ever had to deal with. My next door neighbor ended up fixing it in 5 minutes after looking at my door for a few seconds, so either this guy had no idea what he was doing or he just didn't want to deal with me. Either way, I know me never going there won't hurt business but I hope you folks don't treat people like that ever again.

  Yes I love that lady I talked too she knows her business also. So friendly. An nice can't help loving her
