  To bad it makes you give 1 star just to leave a review because if i could i would give 0. The whole 18 reviews this place has must be from friends/family because i just had the worst management experience ever. Whoever the man with all the discolored skin ia he is by far the biggest a-hole i have ever met. My husband went to buy a gold chain from this place and they had it marked wrong after so called"40 yrs these people have been in business" as the man argued they priced something wrong so insisted we pay over 100$ more because of their mistake idk you can decide for yourself but i think that was just plain bad business. You made the mistake and your customer had to pay for it wow. Needles to say we got the chain and like it but wish GNT had no part in the profit. Just saying... How cute to play that card. But anyways the last thing i am gong to say is read the reviews people you will see the cocky attitude this man has. He has lashed back at almost any bad review. Poor customers they've already had a bad experience way to make it worse. What does that really say? I won't be wasting any more time on this particular subject i know what happened and that's all that matters.

  It is sad that you must be critical of someone's skin color and skin ailments that they have no control over. your husband had the opportunity to buy the chain that we misspriced 3 days ago. I told him he could get it for the price marked but he declined. instead he offered me $50.00 less. I told him that if he didn't buy it I was going to reprice it. he said he only had $200. He left and we repriced it. Then you come back 3 days later and buy it? Not the same day as you are insinuating. We all make mistakes,no one is perfect. 1 year in the business or 50.

  If i could give these guys 10 stars I would!! Ive had to do pawn loans on some of my stuff when Ive came across hard times, and theyve always given me as much as they could, and work with me on my loans. They are all very friendly every time i come in and have helped me outta jams more then they even know. I appreciate these guys alot and would recommend this place to anyone looking to sell there stuff or just looking for some good merchandise do buy. BY FAR THE BEST PAWN SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!

  Always friendly and well taken care of. The employees all say "HI" when you walk into the door. You just can't beat that kind of attitude. Prices are great and so is the selection. It is worth the time to stop in.

  I came here while traveling and I just had to write a review. The guys here are extremely knowledgeable and paid me substantially more than any other shops in the area. Great place to find good deals on jewelry as well. Thank you , Desy

  Nice enough store. I chose it based on the reviews I read online and they were able to help me get a little of what I needed. The atmosphere was a tad intimidating though and I would have liked to talk with them a little more. Thank you for your help.

  Took my deceased father's watch collection in but not a place for vintage jewelry I guess. The guy asked if the watch I showed him was running. Its vintage so ummm... winding! He acted like he didn't even want to see it or maybe I waited too close to closing time. I had vintage watches with the name Longines, Omega, Synchron 16, Helbros, Gruen, Benrus... I read other reviews about this guy so I suppose this one won't make a difference either. Can't wait to see if he admits he knows nothing about antique watches because I'm sure he'll take more time answering this review than he took looking at my watch. You must not have viewed the cameras. Your response only proves you guys are liars. Oh wait... maybe this isn't the boss, it's the manager. Once the boss gets rid of you, he'll do much better. I can tell by the other reviews about you.

  I’m Tom the owner. I reviewed the transaction you are talking about on our in house video system. You only let my manager see one watch! You had all your other watches in a plastic bag that you kept with you. He never got to see or touch anything else. He asked you to see all the watches but It looks like you were in a hurry to leave. We still had 15 minutes to closing. You handed the watch to a less experienced person who is learning jewelry and watches. She asked you if they were working or not, not the manager. Please bring them back in when you have a chance. As I hope I meet your vintage watch expectations. I have almost 30 years in the business. Please make sure you have time to spend because vintage watches do require some amount of research. Have a great day!

  I recently purchased a XBOX 360 from this GNT pawn store on Sheriden Rd, Kenosha. The date on purchases was January 8th, Now only 32 day later the system has stopped working. I brought it back to the store to see if they could make it work again or exchange it. They refused to do so, due to the fact it was over the 30 day policy...Only by 2 days!! I am very upset by the service I recieved at this shop..My small children loved their XBox for gaming and movies and we depended on GNT selling quality electronics. I feel takin advantage of. I have to shop at places like this for good deals so I can always give my four kids things they deserve. .I can't afford New and "Big Box" stores. Shame on you GNT!

  We at GNT do have a Free 30 day warranty. Unfortunately the item you purchased fell outside of this. We offered you a large discount on other merchandise but you refused that. Unfortunately there is always a end point to free warranties. Just like the "Big box" stores.

  It was very clean and it had a large selection... But all the talk about how great the service is and how nice the staff are is misleading!! I've been there twice now and both times the staff acted very smug.... I mean very smug... They made me feel like they rather not deal with me.... By the way it wasnt the whole staff because I didn't deal with everybody.. I've read some of the other comments and everytime somebody says something negative the owner defends it so if I was a betting man I would bet that this gets worse before it gets better..
