  My husband is in the US Navy and we got stationed in VA where we bought our very first home. Shane Barker was the best thing to happen to us! We went through a couple offers on homes and the process was seamless due to Shane’s service. He followed up with us often to keep us on track for our close and never got frustrated. I tell you we were in contact with him for several months. He is sweet, diligent and always willing to hop on a call or text chat no matter what hour of the day. He made sure we reached our deadlines appropriately and gave us tips to keep our rates at the best possible percentage. He took the time to actually teach us through each step and ensure we understood what each step meant. We knew we would be somewhat difficult clients...it being our first time, but he and the team made It so simple for us. We look forward to purchasing our next home with Fairway and Shane wherever the military takes us! We would highly recommend!
