  The JACL Credit Union offers some of the best customer service. The have reliable staff who are willing to help me out with my banking needs. I appreciate how understanding and friendly they are with me in the office and on the phone. I always recommend there services to my peers.

  Terri helped me setup a home equity line of credit. The terms of the loan were far better than all other banks, they loaned 100% of the equity in the house and there was no requirement to occupy the house for at least a year. The location is excellent, and the staff is excellent. I will continue to bank here for the rest of my life

  Nothing but great customer service and products. I have 3 auto loans and a boat loan with NJACLCU and 1 Heloc. All 4 have closed easily without any issues. One car was a cross country purchase. The funds were wired and all I had to do was sign a few papers when I picked up the car. I have never had an issue working with them virtually or on the phone. I do not need to be in Utah to get the most out of the CU. NJACL CU is quickly becoming my main bank.

  The JACL Credit Union always comes to my rescue by saving me thousands of dollars in fees on mortgage loans and a recent HELOC. They even went out of their way to save me $250 by shopping for a lower cost appraiser on a recent property refinance in Colorado! Thank you!

  In large credit unions, I feel like cattle being herded in their very long lines. National JACL is just the opposite. Almost never a line, they are very personable and will know you by name. They want your business, and will work hard and treat you right to get it.

  Quick customer service. When you call, the first person that answers addresses your issue 90% of the time. I live in California, and it is easy to use their services from afar. Their interest rates on savings accounts aren't great, but that is common with these types of accounts. Nothing out of the ordinary.

  Fantastic to work with. Extremely responsive to needs and works quickly to get stuff. I have never been as impressed as i have been as I was working with the team at JACL. I would highly recommend to anyone.
