  Drake and Rail were super helpful and understanding from the start to finish. When we were having problem with our bank account, they were willing to go an extra mile to make sure that we closed on our closing date. We are very grateful and highly recommend them!!!

  After my experience with Fairway, I will never go anywhere else. During my time with them, I worked with Matt (officer) and Ashley (processor). I could not believe the level of customer service and dedication they had. Our situation was a little more difficult than getting a normal loan. Matt was able find a way for us to get everything we needed when my current mortgage company wouldn't give me the time of day. I was extremely anxious throughout the process and regardless of the time of day I contacted them, they took the time to reassure me and answer any questions I had; they treated me like I was their only customer. I would highly recommend these guys!!

  Josh Mettle and the team at Fairway were AMAZING!! I have to admit, having found them on a medical website, while reading an on-line article, I was a tad skeptical! I am SO GLAD I chose to proceed! The physician loan program is fabulous! Josh was extremely knowledgeable, patiently explained EVERY DETAIL and made sure he presented me with all my options and discussed pros and cons of each to make sure I chose the right solution for my situation. Josh was ALWAYS available to offer answer any question or provide any information when needed. The processing (Holly Robertson) and closing (Wendy Spaeth) teams were JUST as efficient and delightful. Fairway got me from offer to closing in LESS THAN THIRTY DAYS! THANK YOU, JOSH! Fairway- a mortgage DREAM TEAM!

  I worked with Mike Jones through clients who were relocating from another state. There were 2 time zones and many moving pieces to the transaction but everything went smoothly and the communication was excellent. I would recommend Mike and welcome the opportunity to work with him again!

  I had a great experience with this group. I worked with Josh Mettle who took the time to explain everything very well and was very quick to respond. My realtor even commented how awesome Josh was. He made it easy to do a fast close so I could move in right away. I have already recommended Josh and Fairway to other residents.

  Great experience with Drake! He was really responsive and helpful in educating/advising me about the local market and long term strategy. We experienced a deal-breaking issue with another lender at the 11th hour and Drake was able to step in and make it happen. Granted, the rate was higher but w/o him we wouldn't have been able to complete the purchase at all. Thanks!
