  One of if not the most pleasurable experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Micah was energetic and knowledgeable as well as patient with me. He did all he could to make sure that I drove off with the vehicle that I wanted. Anyone that I know who is looking for a new vehicle I'm sending them to VA cars!

  I totally recommend this place if ever need car. Make sure you talk to the guy Chris just saying he knows what he's doing sold me my car with no problem and complete honesty. Still no problems to this day. I love that place after they're all about the customers unlike other dealerships that just want your money. Any way keep up the great work Chris I'll see you on my next car. I want the one in the lobby 👌👌🏼

  I had such an amazing experience with Shawn Kelley and the VA Cars team. Shawn's knowledge and expertise on the vehicles gave me total confidence in my purchase. I was never rushed or upsold; I told them what I wanted, and we went at my pace. They gained two customers for life.

  They were deceitful in their sales approach... qualified me online for financing but denied me when I was at the dealership. The salesman told me they would prefer to finance the most expensive vehicles and refused to finance anything under $7,500.... even with $1,000 down on the vehicle. And when I offered to pay ALL CASH for a particular vehicle, they claimed that the car was no longer at the dealership... even though they have it advertised for sale on their website. When I pointed that out to the manager, he got defensive and argumentative... and his sidekick who was sitting beside became ugly and outright rude. I was so excited to go to VA Cars until I actually got there. I will never go back. And I will definitely not recommend that dealership to anyone... ever. #BadBusiness #SneakySales

It appears that we did not do a great job of explaining for the reasons why the lenders chose not finance the vehicle you were interested in. Please remember that we offer financing terms to ease the shopping process for our customers, but ultimately the lenders dictate the down payment requirements and what vehicles they will offer financing for.   So Memorial Day, May 27,2019. I purchased my first vehicle thanks to Kenneth Fagon!!! He knew all about his cars. He gave to options to choose from. He was very experienced Actually the whole team there, from Kenny Mel Ashley oh and don't let me leave out Rick and Antwan. They All was amazing! Very nice and curious!!!   Today on July 2, 2018, Mr. Chris Daniels assisted my father and I in the purchase of a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder, it was a perfect fit for my father, last year at another dealership that is not part of VA Cars took advantage of my father and lied, my father lost 7,000 in all. So my dad was skeptical about purchasing again from any dealerships period. But I convinced him to try VA Cars because I heard good things about them, and today that proved to be true. Mr. Daniels was attentive, accurate, kind, honest and very respectful to my father and I. Mr. Daniles did everything possible to get my dad approved without having to put a lot of money down, and he did. Within the hour my dad drove out of there with a new vehicle, 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. So I thank Va Cars, and Mr. Chris Daniels for helping my father today and restoring his belief that there are some good dealerships and great Salesmen who work hard to provide A1 Customer Service and Support. Thank you Mr. Daniels.

  I was convinced this dealership was very experienced with the Nissan brand when visiting 3 years ago to browse their lot. Without intention of purchasing another vehicle, this was one of the reasons I ended up purchasing a 2013 Nissan Altima at VA Cars. Unfortunately, I had so many issues within the first month of my purchase. There was a dent on the front bumper, the door handle was broken, there were several scratches on the car and the "Touch ups" were not up to standard, It didn't run well, I was never called when my tags were ready and had to pop up several times about issues that occurred. Today, I have a car that's only 6 years old, purchased 3 years ago, that is out of commission because the transmission is no good. I've called VA Cars twice within 24 hours to see what options they can present me with to make this right and I've received poor customer service. I would never purchase a car from VA Cars knowing it would only last me a couple/few years after driving it off the lot. Naturally, this would not be anyone's expectation when purchasing a vehicle. Congratulations to those that have had great experiences with VA Cars, mine was not and this is a lesson learned.

  Found a 2014 Chevy Sonic online, after some initial confusion about the car's availability, the car buying process went smoothly. Everybody at the dealership was friendly and professional. They went above and beyond after a check engine light came on the next day, they fixed the problem promptly. Couldn't be happier with my car buying experience.
