  So anyone that says it's a scam or waste of time is just not satisfied with anything. After the first round of disputes my scores went up 113 points. Put me back in mortgage approval range. Regarding communication I can show you lengthy emails from my case worker and Robert himself. Explaining everything completely, answering all my back to back to back questions. Explaining the process multiple times to me. Letting me know what is going on. There are never expectations in the credit game but they let you know what should happen and what they will do to make it happen and what will be done if it happens. To me the price is fair especially since I'm trying to get better rates on a home so a few hundred here is worth thoundsands later. Thanks guys I can't wait for the next round.

  Credit Restoration is the truth! Robert and his team know what they're doing!!!! Trust the process and you will see things happen. They update you once a month on your progress. My husband's scores have jumped 163 pts in 2 months. Their customer service, and team are always friendly, and willing to answer any questions you may have. Just like the other gentlemen stated, this jump put us back in the mortgage approval range. The monthly payments are a small investment on a huge return!! Thank You Credit Restoration!!!!!!

  Compared to other credit repair services, Credit Restoration Associates is a total scam. I only talked to my case manager once after the initial sales call in the four months I was subscribed to their services. I trusted a recommendation when I went with Credit Restoration Associates and regret it. Their monthly fees, are three to five times those of comparable firms for sub-standard work and worse service. Save your self a lot of wasted time and money and do a quick google search for "credit repair companies" and go with any other legitimate firm.

  Rachel, as we previously discussed, your case was not completed when you cancelled the program. As you know, your biggest issue was deleted from the credit bureaus during the first dispute round. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience, and wish you the best of luck using a different company.

  I had given up on repairing my credit. The team at Credit Restoration Associates took on my case and handled it in a professional, encouraging and non-judgmental way. My situation wasn't bad, but was unique, and they have helped me find ways to increase my FICO score for the best rates possible. I would recommend Credit Restoration Associates to anyone.

  When my loan officer referred me to Robert, I was excited to have a local credit repair company that I could drive over to and ask questions about my case. I was previously with a large company that was out of state, and I was not happy with the service. With Credit Restoration Associates, I was extremely happy with the service. It took about 5 months - but I am now a new homeowner!!

  This was the worst experience ever please don’t play these guys they will steal your money as I paid them in january my credit has not changed and also the charged me 1,500 please take your business somewhere else the owner rob will lie to you and never get back to you as well

  Big waste of money. Spent over $1000 over 6 month period and nothing that they said would happen actually did. Was double billed twice. Overall, pointless. Save your money and dispute things on your own.
