  We had an excellent experience working with NVR mortgage. We were hesitant at first to go with them because of the online reviews that we had seen and we actually already had our approval from a different lender. Liz Copeland kept working with us and got us an excellent offer through NVR that saved us so much money compared to what we had through our other lender. Liz was so wonderful to work with and always made sure all of our questions were answered and insured that we were comfortable with everything throughout the process. We have dealt with multiple mortgage companies and, by far, Liz was the BEST to work with. She is always upbeat and friendly and really does work hard for you. I am the type of person who asks tons of questions and obsess over ensuring everything is squared away, and Liz was so patient and never seemed bothered by that. She truly is wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

  We recently purchased and built our very first home with Ryan Homes! For our mortgage, we worked with NVR Mortgage and could not have asked for a better experience. Our Loan Officer, Rhonda, was very knowledgeable and patient with us and answered all of our questions. She discussed our options and we felt very comfortable with our monthly payment, down payment, as well as the next steps. Everything felt really smooth and easy, which was very important to us as we were also planning our wedding at the same time! We never had to worry about anything related to the home and it felt like everything was on autopilot. We always felt supported throughout the entire process and knew that everyone had our best interest at heart. I HIGHLY recommend working with NVR Mortgage for your lending needs!

  I had nothing but a great experience with this lender! This was my first home purchase, and I had another lender chosen who I was comfortable with, but due to the nice closing discount I received from my home builder for using NVR Mortgage, I decided to go with them, knowing nothing about them. Turned out that Ethan and all of the others involved were knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive throughout the entire process, so regardless of a home buyer discount, I'd use them again!

  My husband and I started the process for our house in December, and close next week. We have been working with Ethan Seligman, Cameron Martel, and Ethylene Templin. I truly cannot say enough about how amazing our experience has been in working with them. They made every step painless and efficient.   Purchasing and building my FIRST HOME on my own would not have been such an amazing and empowering experience without the time, dedication, and coordination between NVR Mortgage and Ryan Homes. They partnered to create a seamless process- from guiding me through the application, presenting all of my loan options, and giving me confidence to decide on the best fit for my financial goals. NVR Mortgage remained in constant communication on the status of my loan throughout the entire process, and provided all documentation in a timely manner, to make sure that everything went smoothly up until Settlement. My Loan Officer Jennifer, gave exceptional one-to-one care and attention, reviewed my credit looking for all opportunities to be in the best possible position before finalizing my loan details. At the start of construction, she kept an active pulse on interest rates and provided regular updates to help me determine the most opportune time to lock, and counseled me on pre-paid mortgage insurance and early lock options that ultimately saved $200 a month on my payment! With the team between NVR Mortgage and Ryan Homes working on my behalf, the stress of managing my lender requirements was removed, so that I could relax and fully enjoy the process!!!

  I worked with Rhonda Stevens and Greta Stewart from NVR Mortgage. Rhonda first reached out to me when I was in the process of buying a newly constructed Ryan Homes property but I had already been working with another lender so I blew her off. When I realized my previous loan office quotes were changing drastically(not in a good way) and my loan office couldn't offer an extended rate lock without exorbitant fees (this was in December and I wanted my rate to be locked in for 6 months while the home was being built) I reached back out to Rhonda. She harboured no ill feelings. With a smile I could hear through the phone she and NVR could quoted me a significantly better rate that was also locked in for 6 months. Plus, I was given quite a bit of financial credits at closing which greatly reduced my cash to close. In addition to that, I'm self employed, so Greta and Rhonda work with me step by step to make sure I had all the proper documentation to get approved by underwriting including having my crypto holdings play a role.

  Liz Copeland Builder Loan Officer is the absolute best in the loan business! Right off the bat, it was evident that she was on my side in assisting with my loan process. Not only was she prompt and shared her wealth of knowledge with outlining what needed to take place, she was top notch with her customer service and friendliness! I actually felt as is I had a friend on the other end of the phone! Again, the entire loan process ran like a well-oiled machine on behalf of Liz and her expertise, professionalism and customer service! Ryan Homes has a STAR asset in Liz!
