      Horrible establishment. Went to open an account, and was turned away twice. First day was told they had an appointment coming in within the hour. A day later, same excuse. Both days, the bank had few to NO customers. Don’t worry, the credit union down the street had no issue taking my money!!!! Lazy employees!!! Don’t waste your time stopping in!!!

      I just left the State St. office in Wauwatosa and I have to say that Takisha was fantastic. I'm just starting the thought process of taking out a mortgage loan and came into our meeting with a lot of open ended questions. She made me feel welcomed and helped me work through some of the questions I had as well as many other things to think about when buying a house. She also got me in contact with a mortgage officer. Overall, it was a great first meeting! Thanks!!!

      We love UWCU, but the staff here is inconsistent with customer service. Sing in the drive through while teller plugs away on a computer with no customers inside.... Just waiting...
