  Wait times are ridiculous. 45min wait for the atm no way a teller should be in the same line it kills any convince this location has had. Couldn't even leave which made me late for work once again 🙃.

  Like the ITM idea but OH MY GOODNESS PLEASE MAKE EXTRA LANES SO OF WE DONT WANT TO WAIT ANYMORE WE CAN LEAVE!! This member has been in front of me for an hour which took up my lunch period. This made me very unhappy. I wished the ITM’s were not built like this. Makes services way slower

  We went to the branch on Center Street this morning around 11:45. We were the fourth car in line in the first lane. We sat in that exact spot for almost 30 minutes. And we were unable to back up and leave either. I find this a deplorable situation. Just what was the issue?

  Thank you for your patience Gerry, we have had increased volume recently with the holidays and stimulus payment. We have expanded our digital services to save members a trip to the branch by using WeCU video banking through our website, depositing checks in our mobile app with FlashCash and using the ATM Finder on our website to find nearby fee-free ATMs.

  I Love the place of business. (Elizebeth R.) Is The best..shes there when you need her..she works very hard and she is also passionate to your needs..she answers all your questions and she overall does an excellent job.. She has great peoples Skills she also make you aware of options. I say..if she cant make things possible..that just means that it cant be done. Kudos to you (Ms. R.) 👍And thank you! Also Everyone there is very welcoming and professional ,the environment is warm with great energy. Educators also help you with your finances and great opportunities that you never knew you had! I highly recommended Educators to anyone and everyone.. Thank you.

  As a business owner you expect reason service when bank. Demetria and Tamika and the rest of the unnamed staff has demonstrated a high level of experience, patient and integrity. Keep up the standards.

  Do not go thru the drive thru they have the tellers stacked behind each other. I was behind someone and after I got done with my transaction I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Will not be going back

  How is the club open. Yes even the strip club in Milwaukee but you can’t open the inside of your branches. The lines are excessive and the debit machines are out of cash . This is a set up by Educators Credit Union...

  Thank you for your feedback. Our lobbies will not be reopening at this time for the continued safety of our members and employees. We are able to assist our members through our drive-up, e-Services and our fee-free ATM Network. We encourage our members to save a trip to the branch and use e-Services/our fee-free ATM Network. We've also launched WeCU which allows you to video conference with our representatives through your laptop/desktop.

  Very clean location and very nice employees. I had switched from another Credit union.. I'm glad..Very easy and affordable to set up a savings account. Love this credit union!!!
