  Excellent customer service! Super friendly and very responsive to all my needs. Luis Diego Hernandez informed me of a business line of credit for women and minorities. I wasn't that interested at first since I also do a lot of business with US Bank. He never pushed it on me, but he did plant a seed of more possibilities for the growth of our business. He was patient and helped me throughout the whole process. Shout out to Dietrich Glenn as well! Thank you both for your help!

  Worst customer service, literally waiting 20 minutes to see a banker cause again fraud on my account and for some reason need a banker to print a card.. pointless to step foot in this place, watched 2 other people leave due to wait time... just go bank with an actual bank and not a laughing stock of a business.. closing this account and going to a real bank
