      UECU is an awesome credit union that has awesome employees that support the customers. I would recommend this credit union to anyone that is looking to find a new home for banking. They help educate you so that you can attain your dreams!

      I was with Clear Choice Credit Union for about 10 years & was told that all my five accounts would stay the same & be grandfathered when they merged with UGI Utilities Credit Union. Well last year I received a letter that my checking account would require a balance & it falls under I would be charged a $6 fee. I called & told them that my account is grandfathered, they said that doesn’t apply anymore, so I closed all my accounts & moved all my money with Diamond Credit Union. 😡

      Customer service has majorly declined - every time I call I get Tristan, who is so rude, sarcastic, snarky and the worst customer service agent ever. You are going to lose business with this guy - if you read this, please UECU you should listen to his "recorded" calls, because I'm sure we are not the only people he has been rude to. Needs to be fired bc I have had an issue with him, and then today my husband calls and gets the same "I hate my job and you are dumb" attitude with the same guy. I asked who he spoke to, Tristan. Of course, I knew exactly. They used to have wonderfully helpful customer service - people who you felt like were your friends and family but that is no more. Also their secretive agenda of adding fees and checking account minimums, without sending any paper OR email correspondence has been dishonest business practice. For instance, now when my account goes under $50, it's a $6 fee every month. This was an account my husband and I used for groceries, necessities, baby items....we always used it up and then it replenishes each paycheck. NO correspondence was made via paper or email, like other institutions have sent. Tristan with an attitude says, "no we can't waive the fees bc you missed the correspondence" I was like what correspondence, WHERE? He says "your e-statements had on it that it was going to be a new rule and we did our job alerting everyone, everyone else knows, somehow YOU missed it." Like is this guy for real. He is the most condescending, ridiculing customer service representative I have ever spoken with. I said, I don't get e-statements via mail anymore, they are online. I don't check them every month bc I have NO NEED TO. I can see my account activity and all I need to know within my account summary and read each line in there (like MOST online banking customers do?) I thought it was pretty SNEAKY to put a QUITE IMPORTANT piece of information within a statement that sits online. I have been with UECU for over 15 years now. It's really declining and I'm looking for a new institution for my accounts.

      The BEST financial institution in the USA! I have never been disappointed with their stellar customer service and upbeat winning attitude. I will never bank anywhere else.

      2021 Honestly this bank is so antiquated, just get a loan from a big bank you can get identical rates. Used to be an advantage to get small town service but they just can't keep up. Getting late notices by mail after payment was made, does this expenditure make sense? How about an "email". Credit Union is now open to all PA residents so there is zero exclusivity. This will be the last loan I get through UECU. 2020 4 stars. I've always had decent customer service. My only complaint is they have always been a little dated technology wise (been a customer for over 20 years). The $10 payment over the phone thing is pretty ridiculous.

      I have been with this Company for a number of years and the establishment has always provided Excellent Customer Service! No problems there at all. I have just recently done an over the phone call about paying my some of bill before I received it in the mail. No problem there. I once again did the same thing today. My mail goes late and because of that I receive a form to fill out about saying it was alright to keep my other account on file that I used to pay the first time. But, as I kept filling out the form it states that without sending and completing this form any other calls that I would make to do the same thing there would be a additional $10.00 charge to my account. The first woman I talked to did not worn me of this nor did the guy that I spoke to today. I also had to pay for the postage, I mean come on don't you and the government get enough money back as it is! Also, I have had problems over the years with things dealing with purchases and other things. This is a big Company, why not have a 24/7 team instead of a recording, that you never get back in touch with the person that called? Please somehow fix something.

      Been a customer for over 8 years, now the company what's to charge a fee for the checking account. This should not happen to the people that has had the accounts this long. If some one from the bank whats to call me they can. This is a bad way of a relationship that been established.

      Worst customer services every, I cannot believe this credit union is still in business. Been trying to get my fraud case reported for 2 hours and keep getting bounced around and told to call different numbers. So I get victimized with fraud then again by the credit union I trusted with my money who cannot answer the phone or find my account. Do not do business with them! Horrible Horrible.

      I highly recommend UECU to everyone! I truly had an OUTSTANDING experience with them. My loan officer was extremely professional, courteous, supportive and knowledgeable!!! In reflection, I have never had a bad experience with UECU. They definitely are the BEST in the industry!!!

      2nd New vehicle I have financed through UECU. The process was all done by phone or online and they did GREAT as usual. I highly recommend them for banking, credit card or loans!!
