  I was experiencing a string of issues with my account. Beyond frustrated, I contacted Diamond Credit Union on a Friday afternoon (extremely close to closing) seeking some kind of resolution. I had the pleasure of working with Courtney Heller. To say she was accommodating would truly be an understatement. Courtney listened and showed concern for my issues and carefully explained the best route to getting everything taken care of. Throughout the duration, I must’ve called her back 5 times. I’m certain she had numerous members she was assisting that Friday afternoon, yet she made me feel as though I was the most important. Never once did she make me feel I was an inconvenience or she was too busy. Several times, Courtney said: “...it’s my pleasure” and “...that’s what we’re here for”. Courtney even followed up with me the following Monday to ensure everything was working as it should. Customer service is hard to come by. Excellent customer service is nearly extinct. It was so refreshing to see that Diamond Credit Union takes pride in training their employees to a certain standard, as this was evident in my interactions with Courtney Heller. She went completely above and beyond to represent the brand of the organization and for that, I am truly thankful!

  I have been on maternity leave and I decided to call in to see if I could lower my monthly car payment. Super amazing, June Jackson helped me through the process, and I was able to lower my payments $100 less than what I was paying before. I am so glad I did, as I struggled with credit for such a long time. Being able to get a lower interest rate and payment from when I first started my loan 2 years ago was amazing for me

  My wife and I went in, Kaitlyn and Lisbeth assist us with opening a checking account, after that they both helped us with some information on how to refinance both our cars and how to help my wife fix her credit. We are very happy we may the decision to open an account there. I recommend this credit union to anyone, I went there Friday and Tuesday of the following week both of my cars were approved for refinance!! YAY!!!. Next step is getting approve for our home loan 2023!!! Thank you Kaitlyn, Lisbeth and Diamond CU. AWESOME service!!

  My aunt prefers to go in to the branch, and do her dealings personally. She loves loves to talk to people. The staff are knowledgeable, patient, and kind when dealing with her. She has a heart of gold, so this is much appreciated. Today, Nayeli made our day by helping her out with her transactions. Since she is not fluent in Google, Aunt J asked me to leave a review for her "since all the girls were so nice and helpful." Thank you to our favorite diamond branch, and all the staff. You guys rock!

  My wife and I open a joint account with Diamond Credit Unio and we are very Happy we did. They were able to help us with re-financing our cars, get credit card to improve our credit and are working to help us get our new home, all this in less than one week from opening the account. Thank you much Kaitlyn, Lisbeth and June... You are the best!

  Isabelie, one of the staff members here, is a delight! She was friendly greeting me when I entered the branch. I had an oopsie overdraft fee and she was able to help me in person right at the counter. She made sure all my tasks were met with a cash withdrawal, too. She kindly offered to fill out the form and send it through the tube for me. Her pleasantries and professionalism are commendable.

  Jail helped me today. I was on my lunch break and was worried about having time to get a replacement debit card, but she had me in and out in just a few minutes. She was easy to talk to and very friendly. I always have a good experience with Diamond and have been a member for 5 years and I don’t think I would ever switch.

  Went to Diamond Credit Union this afternoon to take out $1200 so my nephew can get his car repaired. I was greeted at the counter with a smile aby a friendly young lady named Jali who helped me with the transaction. Being a senior citizen I'm not up on how to transfer the money from my checking account to my nephews who lives in Connecticut. She talked to my nephew's bank (Citizens Bank) and had all three on a conference call to make this happen. This transaction took several minutes to complete and Jali never once seemed to mind taking so long. I also haved worked with Adam Hartzal on my finances and he is another awesome person at Diamond. I can't say enough about your staff including the drive thru employees who also greet me with a friendly hello every time I see them. As far as I'm concerned there is only one bank....Diamond Credit Union.

  My wife and I looked at a car at Carmax on a Wednesday night and applied for financing. Carmax told me I was getting a "great rate" at 4.49%. I called and talked to "Anne" at Diamond on Thursday morning, less than an hour later she had me approved for 2.79%. Anne was helpful, pleasant, and a pleasure to work with. I stopped at Diamonds Shillington branch Friday after work and picked up my check. Once again, the two ladies that helped me were very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Diamond Credit Union is a great company to work with.
