  If you're looking for a great lender, Jake Lee at Utah Mortgage is a GREAT option. He is very responsive, knows what he is doing, but most importantly he is willing to take the time to explain the process and everything that pertains to getting a mortgage - as this information can be daunting and intimidating, he makes sure you're comfortable and understand it.

  Michael Kingdon and Utah Mortgage helped my husband and I with our VA Home loan last month and they did a fantastic job. We got the lowest rate and the smallest amount of fees the title company and my Realtor had ever seen. Zip, zero... :) Now that may not be able to happen for everyone but I guarantee you Michael will help you through the process, keep you informed, work quickly and efficiently with both your Realtor and your Title company to make getting your mortgage easy and cost effective as possible. I will never use a large banking mortgage company ever again. Michael will be my go to guy for all my home loan and refinancing needs. His knowledge and support about the processes is priceless.

  Steve Johnston was persistent in arranging the refinance of my home to take advantage of lower interest rates granted for my veteran status in spite of delays occasioned by the Coronavirus panic and illnesses that he suffered.   Jake Lee was extremely helpful. This was a 1031 exchange so there were a lot of moving parts. Jake made sure we were on top of things and provided the necessary guidance to ensure we got the best rate and bang for our buck. Definitely would use him again
