  Chad and Jenna were a wonderful for a first-time home buyer experience. I was really nervous about having a bad experience or getting taken advantage, and I really felt like I trusted them by the end of the process since they were so good at responding and explaining anything I didn't understand. I also had a fast closing process, which was crucial for the house that I offered on. Would recommend them to anyone.

  We can’t say enough good things about Chad and Jenna at Fast Track Mortgage!!! Seriously one of the best experiences we’ve had getting a loan! Chad truly is such a great guy and just makes you feel like he’s your best friend and that he’d do anything for you! We will for sure be recommending him to everyone we know and will be using him again :)!

  Chad at FastTrack Mortgage Inc does excellent work. His rates are just as good as the large, discount online sites, but you also get the small business personal touch. Best of both worlds! He is fast and professional. We got our initial home loan through Chad, and then when we had built additional equity, were able to refinance through Chad as well. Both experiences were great! I appreciated him reaching out to us about a refinance, when we did not even know it was an option. That alone is saving us hundreds of dollars a month. Thanks Chad!

  Chad and his team are amazing. They are so thorough and quick in what they do. I truly feel like they had our backs throughout this entire process and Chad was so great in walking us through and discussing what options were best for our individual circumstances.   Chad and team are great. I've purchased two homes now through Chad, and refinanced one of them. My favorite part about working with Chad is that he can take my goals and translate them into a solid mortgage offering me. Other brokers I worked with asked me "What do you want?" or explained things to me in industry terms that I didn't fully understand. With Chad, I told him what I was looking for in a loan and what my short- and long-term goals were, and then he found a few loans that fit my needs. We reviewed them together and found the best one. He is honest and friendly to work with.
