  Michelle has helped my wife and me do loans for two houses now. She is fantastic!!! With each loan Michelle was very thorough and did a great job of explaining everything when we there was something we didn’t understand. Not only that, but she did a great job of laying out all the options for us and helped us see the pros and cons for each option. This was extremely helpful when it came to making a financial decision like a mortgage. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team at SWBC to anyone!

  My wife and I had a pleasant time working with Michelle and staff at SWBC. Michelle came highly recommended from our previous loan officer, Ben from the bank. Our family needed a bigger home and not knowing how to buy a bigger home without first selling our existing home in a hot housing market, Michelle knew exactly what we needed. All other credit unions and banks we looked into never made mention of what a loan recast was. SWBC made it possible to finance our desired home without first selling the home we were currently in and made the moving experience much more bearable. Especially after the old home sold and we were able to pay down the principle and receive a lower monthly payment after the recast finalized. The home warming gifts at closing were also very thoughtful and appreciated. I don't take the time to rate and review much through the online media, so for me to do this says something about just how much the work from Michelle and others at SWBC means to me. Thanks to everyone who made our new home possible.

  Michelle Sisam was incredible to work with! I've gotten three loans with her and SWBC. My rates and fees have been the lowest and getting all the info and paperwork was fast and easy. I've recommended her to family and friends. My son got a loan also.
