  Raquel is one of the best Bank Tellers. Her energy and customer service and just her conversation was very informational, I loved it... She reminds me of the Lilly. Lilly setup my account with City National Bank & Trust.... Thank you all........

  Lilly gets 5 stars.. the bank policy on closing my unneeded account gets zero stars. I'm having to keep an account that is absolutely no use to me. I think if I have no negative balance I should be able to close it when I choose. Not have the bank tell me when I can. I'm in another state. I don't need the service but can't close it for another 6 months.. yet keep adding my money to it for the bank fees. I feel like I'm being held hostage by the banks fine print.

  This SW 59th location is awesome. Everyone is so kind and respectful. Lily gave me a banking and savings class literally. She’s amazing. Raquel is very professional and knowledgeable. Adriana always has a great smile and ready to help. I’m thankful for this branch!! Thank youuuuu

  i would like to give praise to Adriana at City National Bank. She went over and above the call of duty to help me with a situation. if a company ever listen to their customers then the company would show Adriana how much she is appreciated for during her job as well as she did. A raise, promotion or some type of regconation should be shown. to her. These days and times were people do not want to work, this young lady went over and about and took care of me and done everything she could. You deserve a standing ovation, hand claps. May the Lord show favor on you each and every day. You are very much appreciated!

  Everyone is always so friendly & helpful! This is the location I frequent most because it’s so convenient & the ladies are so nice. Lilly even called a wished me a happy birthday!! It meant so much to me!! I will never use another bank!!
