  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made the mistake of pawning a gun at this location, when I returned a month later to pick up my pistol This joke of an establishment claims that they cant find my gun and have no idea what happened to it....super shady employees trashy store...0/10 would not reccomend if you ever want to see you're precious pistols again after pawning. Good thing I have plenty but if this was my only one I would be livid..

  I love this pawn shop. This is the only place I will come to. They are always willing to work with me. Dean and the staff are always welcoming.

  I stopped in today. Saw a handgun that I like they posted for a really decent price. I just finished the nics and was about to pay for my product when cashier /manager stated the price was wrong. Due to his incompetence i was unable to purchase said firearm. Their was no compromise what so ever. They did not care, and were exceedingly rude.i will take my business elseware. If you want a better pawn shop to got to i would suggest quik pawn on golflinks.

  Everyone is always fun and friendly!! I love coming in just to chat with the workers. Best pawn shop in town, hands down.

  Best Pawn Shop in town. Always friendly; they address me by name. Staff is great, especially Jason and Herb. I've dealt with other shops in Tucson and there's no comparison. They are our local 'Pawn Stars'. They are fair with their pawns and sales items...something missing from most pawn shops. They'll keep getting my business!

  I'm in there at least once a week, many great deals to be found, they're constantly putting out new inventory. Great prices on clearance items as well. The staff is friendly helpful, like family. why buy retail.

  I will always go to this pawn shop even if I move away from the area. The staff (most of them anyway - if they've been around for a while) knows me by name and make it obvious that they appreciate my business. Not only do I go there for a little financial help between short paydays once in a while, but I go there to buy things. They have a great selection at reasonable prices and lay away!

  This shop makes up for its cheap prices by making you wait in line for ONE working employee out of 4, also with their terrible service! If you want to ALMOST same money but then end up wasting your time co.e here! These employees will give you the run around all you want ! All while only providing horrible service to one of their customers at a time !

  I asked a associate to hold an item until I got paid that Friday they said that they would make the exception because I go there every week and buy a tool or something ! When I went back they had raised the price to almost full price new on the tool and told me they never made that agreement. Bad buisness should not be called USA pawn more like dont ever go back pawn . Totally disrespectful! I wont be back .
