  Kim Estes at the Polder Group was incredibly efficient, communicative and helpful. She listened and was always looking out for my expressed interests. Kim helped me qualify for a great mortgage deal offered through a State of Arizona program, but the path for me to get this terrific mortgage was not a straight line. Kim and her staff eased me through every turn with speed and competence. I would trust these folks with any real estate purchase. I've obtained several home loans in the past - Kim and the Polder Group were simply the best - by far.
