Rebecca Nelson2When there is only one Merchant Teller, she should be a Dedicated teller. We do A Lot of business here. Lots of $…. Why would you make me miss an HOUR of business to stand in line while the teller takes care of individual accounts? Do you not want my $7,000 deposit? It literally took an hour to make a deposit.

Jesus Mario5🐶✔️|💳✔️| Excelent service. People were so kind helping me. Both cashiers and executive. They speak spanish too, so they were really clear about everything. The building is very clean. They have drive thru ATM, which I think is really practical.

Robert Carson1Banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I can't even talk to a human on the phone to make a notary appointment! Their automated system tells you to make an appointment online, except you can't make one on their website. I guess notary services don't make them any money... Getting tired of the way they do business. I'll be looking elsewhere. Update: Reluctantly went to the location without an appointment because it's closest to my parents house. No person or sign up sheet to greet me upon entering. Tellers are busy servicing the long line so I have a seat and wait for a service manager. After 20 minutes, I politely interrupt a service manager and ask if there is a Notary available. He says no notary today. At that point, without an appointment, I decide to take my parents to my Credit Union that begins with V. I am greeted by a service manager at the door and immediately sat down with a Notary to have my legal documents signed. Don't advertise notary services if they're hardly ever available.

Nancy Lyon5I wonder about bad reviews. Every time I’ve been in (and with usually a mundane problem) they have been very helpful and usually very little wait. I’ve had the gentleman at the first desk and he has always listened and quickly solved whatever problem I had.

Sunny5I have banked at the Broadway and Swan location for over 30 years in Tucson. I have always received very professional and friendly service. All shifts of the day even at closing time. They seem to help each other out, showing good teamwork. Thank you Wells Fargo!

theresa martinez1I've been with Wells Fargo for about 20 years and I came in for a notary which takes only 2 min they couldn't fit me in every time I come in this branch the customer service is awful there is no type of courtesy on being a loyal customer I try not to go to this branch even though it is the closest to me

Cosmos Star1There was only 1 teller that can give me a change and I spent 15 minutes to get that change. Was very disappointed where in all other banks you don’t wait for change that long even though my bank is Wells Fargo I hate to wait that long. You have to change that where every teller can give me change for 100$ :(((((

Briana Boudreaux1I have a Wells Fargo credit card account that I needed to pay off. I went a location oracle the day prior and they let me know because of my account I could cash my check and pay my credit card but my check was dated for the next day so I couldn’t proceed that day. So I stopped at the one on Broadway on my way home and the lady tried to tell me I would be charged to cash it. I let her know I just went to do this yesterday and they said I was fine because the credit card account waves the fee. Wells Fargo over all as a bank sucks. I do not bank with them. I wouldn’t recommend it to any one. They are disorganized and the employees look like they hate their lives.
