  Renee is a wonderful loan officer. She helped us in our mortgage process and made everything so easy. Getting a loan is very involved and intense, but Renee made sure that we always knew what was going on and exactly what we needed to do. Rory Leach also helped us out and he was very great to work with as well. Overall, there wasn't a single issues we had with the loan officers at this location and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a mortgage. Thank you all so much!

  Very easy to work with, our job stuff was a little unusual and while they were very thorough they were also willing to work with us. Very good communication from our agent, easy to figure out what paperwork was required, and they did a great job explaining all costs to us.

  I worked with Renee Morris to refinance my home loan and I felt she was exceptionally knowledgeable and did the best she could to get things done quickly and efficiently. She made things easy on my end and the company was able to provide a great value for me. It was helpful they were able to work around my schedule as needed and it seemed like they were willing to put in the effort to get things done quickly without constantly coming to me for information or signatures.

  the customer service was great, phone calls were returned promptly. The low interest rate was locked in at the lowest point. The closing went very smoothly with the lowest closing costs possible I was disappointed in the length of time for the underwriters review because of the constant questions regarding my monthly income when I explained that I am retired and am not currently taking IRA withdrawals and no monthly salary earnings.
