She cared about all that I have and what was going on in my life trying to organize and make the best decision. Eileen is a person who will go the extra mile for someone. I trust her with everything.   My family just used Eileen Dalhoff for our new home. By far the best experience I've had with buying a home yet. The process was very easy and they even kept us informed along the way. Submitting paperwork was simple as well since they have an online portal to submit everything with. Eileen did a fantastic job strategizing different loans and letting us know what we needed to do along the way as well. Top notch customer service here at Flat Branch and especially with Eileen!   My experience with this refinance was great! There was no stress for me and everyone working on this refi was extremely helpful. If I had any questions, they were quick to respond and explained anything needed. The closing was worked out perfectly even though things were very different during this crazy time. I am very happy with the results.

  Eileen Dalhoff and her team are the very best in the biz! She was able to help us not only purchase our home a couple of years ago, but then also just recently helped us get it down to a 15 yr note! She is a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or refi. There are a ton of people out there who do what she does, but few do it with such professionalism and integrity.   She is a pleasure to work with. She worked with my brother in law on his loan, and she has helped my wife and I out, by giving us some excellent advise and people we could go to for the specific help we needed at the time, even though she didn't deal with the specific loan we were needing to pursue. As an electrical contractor, we have done work for her, and she is as amazing out of the office, as she is in the office. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with their loans!

  This company is amazing! We were working with Jacob Goulding and he was absolutely amazing! He answered all mine and my fiancé’s questions whenever we needed. Helped the process go smoothly and we couldn’t be happier! This was our first time buying a home so he made sure that we understood everything and made us feel comfortable in the decisions we were making and helped us get the best deal possible!
