  I wish I could have been like other reviews leaving a five star rating. I originally started working with Debbie Cobb due to all the positive reviews. However in my experience upon reaching out she was very fast in communicating. I’m assuming the minute she knew she couldn’t assist she completely just stopped responding. After we did the application submitted all documentation literally nothing. It wasn’t until I was put in touch with another loan originator at USA who has been amazing! He immediately jumped in to assist it was him that told us exactly what we needed to know. Rather you can help someone or not it’s really unprofessional to stop communicating after someone takes the time to submit lengthy documents.

  Debbie went above and beyond to make sure I was in a home that I could financially afford. She had faith and hope in me when Flat Branch kept telling me wait another year. I heard that for ten years. I started working with Debbie and within 5 months closed on a house. She is AMAZING. If you do not have perfect credit I would not be scared to ask Debbie to help you. She was amazing in every aspect! I could not say enough great things about her!! Highly recommend her to anyone!!

  Steve was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone I know. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was easy to get ahold of. He made sure we knew exactly what we were signing and educated us on our contracts and terminology. As a very nervous first time home buyer he was very trustworthy and put our minds at ease.

  Steve is one of the best mortgage personnel I have ever met. He is a true mathematical genius! If we provide an initial quote for a given house of interest and would like to change the numbers on the interest rate or insurance or the down payment- whatever it may be (Even at the dead of the night) Steve would come up with updated mortgage payment numbers instantly! He makes sure to clarify all our queries with in-depth detailing. I would greatly recommend Steve to anybody who is in the market.
