  Theresa and her team were amazing to work with! During the purchase of our home we had a bad experience with another lender and when we contacted Theresa she assured us that she would take care of everything. She went above and beyond to make sure our dreams came true and made the process so easy for us. It is so nice that we have a lender here locally that truly knows their stuff and cares about their customers.

  Theresa at USA Mortgage - Mountain View provided service that surpassed exceptional! She truly was in my corner the whole way through the loan process. She understood my circumstances and stood by me as we navigated through to closing. She did not sit back and wait for things to pan out. Rather, she stepped in and made things happen for me. There aren’t enough accolades to bestow on such a person who gives her all for someone else’s cause!! Thank you, Theresa!!

  I cannot say enough great words to describe Theresa and her crew! After getting the run around from a previous lender (Homefinity) for 2 1/2 months and still no closing, I decided to try another lender and go with Theresa after reading the reviews. Thank God I did! She and her crew are honest, upfront, personable and very efficient. The whole process was done and closed in 30 days without any pain! Lol. This is who you want for your next mortgage!!
