  Worst bank branch ever. Do not put your money in this low quality, poor service, unfriendly, scam of a bank.

  The branch lobby is open 4 days/week for 4 hours each day...! They didn't answer the phone for the first hour they were "open"(?); 8 calls in an hour went unanswered. Two of the 3 "customer service" people were totally unhelpful, not really listening or trying to help. One, Christy, was finally able to do what I needed--a simple change if address and a request for statements. I'd hardly call this a bank! If I could do no stars, that would be my review!

  Had many poor experiences at this branch. They are not good at communicating. Was able to go to a different location and get what I needed as far as loans and accounts go. Only go here when desperate or to make a very simple deposit, although they've messed that up for me too.

  We have been with this bank for over 20 years. They have made it easy to get a loan, give good advise and all the staff are wonderful!

  One of the few banks in the whole area that charges a fee to cash a check drawn on their own bank
