Kay Losh1The branch lobby is open 4 days/week for 4 hours each day...! They didn't answer the phone for the first hour they were "open"(?); 8 calls in an hour went unanswered. Two of the 3 "customer service" people were totally unhelpful, not really listening or trying to help. One, Christy, was finally able to do what I needed--a simple change if address and a request for statements. I'd hardly call this a bank! If I could do no stars, that would be my review!

Cat Sloniker1Had many poor experiences at this branch. They are not good at communicating. Was able to go to a different location and get what I needed as far as loans and accounts go. Only go here when desperate or to make a very simple deposit, although they've messed that up for me too.
