  We have banked elsewhere previously for countless years. Recently we made the change to West Plains Bank and primarily use the Willow Springs Branch. It has been a Wonderful Change! The people here are absolutely terrific! So friendly and helpful! I love being able to go through the drive through and see the "smiling" faces of the associates there!   I’m like many. I just moved to Willow Springs from Maine and was very reluctant to switch from my bank there because of bad experience with other banks but I made the switch and so glad I did.
