  I talked with 3 different lenders before I finally reached USA mortgage. All 3 were vague, which was discouraging to someone like me who is clueless about buying a home as I’ve never done it before. I told my real estate agent about the trouble I was having and she pointed me in the right direction and told me USA mortgage would be much easier to work with. I contacted them the next week. Stephanie Nelson took my case and has answered all my questions, explaining things in detail so I understand exactly what’s happening within the process. I couldn’t be more thankful. I’ve put in my offer and expect to close within 5 weeks. If only I had started with her in the first place!

  I have purchased and refinanced with USA Mortgage and they always take care of their business and do everything they can to be sure they get things done as needed. I came to work for USA Mortgage as a Loan Officer after I used them to complete the purchase of my first home while I was working as a loan officer at a different company.

  Kelsey Abbott stopped replying to my son & daughter in law. Causing them to loose out on there dream home. Would not recommend using her.

  Stephanie has been there for me through this whole experience!! I had a past experience that did not end well and I have been a nervous wreck this time around.
