  I was referred to Miranda Ballard by a long time friend Casey Green at Nix Title. He told me she is efficient and is great at communicating with her clients. From the start of the initial loan process to the closing this proved to be 100% accurate. The Encore Bank app was easy to use and made it very simple to submit all the required documents. We were relieved when we found we were ready to close on our new house well before the scheduled closing date.   I applied for a mortgage and opened a new bank account with them all during covid time. They made it super easy and were great to work with. I’m so glad that I found a good bank. I’ve had awful experiences with loan applications but they made it so simple and painless. They took care of everything and explained everything extremely well.
