  We had a great experience with Kris. This is our first time doing refinance and we bombarded Kris with many questions. He took the time to answer thoughtfully and often offered more than one way of explaining things. Even though we are not in the same time zone, he can always be reached. I know you probably have doubts, but Kris is real and legit and an awesome guy! We would go with him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone.

  USA mortgage is amazing! The sales manager Kris An was very responsive (replied in minutes) and also so friendly and helpful. As a first time home buyer there are obviously endless amounts of questions and Kris was able to answer them all. I honestly don’t think he could have made the process any easier for me. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Kris for taking me through this exciting journey. I can’t thank you enough.

  Kris is the best LO I have ever met during my journey of buying my first house. He is extremely professional and will answer any questions you have. He would try his best to get you the greatest deal in the market so do not hesitate to reach out to him if you want to get the best deal and move quickly in the process of purchasing your property.

  We worked with Kris An during our recent home purchase process and his service was just phenomenal. He took the time to listen to our needs and provided prompt responses. For the proposals from other service providers, Kris walked us through the details of each and made an effort to match all the pros of the other offers to ensure his proposal stand out in every way. For small issues that popped up along the application process, he communicated right away and explained the situation and offered recommended solutions, which usually resolved the issues within 24-48 hours. He also handled the communications with attorneys and realtors without having us involved much. A truly seamless process and minimized the disruption to our daily life (and yet we were informed of the latest updates all the time) which was already under 100 different directions due to buying a new house.

  Kris was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. He helped my father refinance his house... Something I was initially apprehensive about... But Kris made it SO simple and easy. He walked my father through every step, and answered any and all questions with the utmost patience. The whole process was lightening speed. We cannot recommend him enough.

  Kris An is a wonderful loan officer. As a first time homeowner, I certainly had a lot to learn and digest about the entire mortgage and house purchasing process. Kris has always been there for me.   Kris is hands down the best loan officer you can have on your side. We knew each other from college days, thus I was well aware of his great personality and his ability to get things done. I didn’t hesitate contacting him when I decided to purchase my first home. He worked diligently to help my wife and I from getting pre-approval to the final closing. I couldn’t have done it without Kris’s help as the builder has been very difficult throughout the purchase process as housing market has gone crazy lately. He always always stays on top of his things and he is very quick in responding to any questions that we had during the process. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable on VA loan, which has a much more complicated process. If you are looking for a loan officer who would have the best of your interest, Kris would be the one you want on your team!

  Mauricio was amazing to work with! He was so attentive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. I had so many questions and he took so much time answering and explaining everything to me until I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His patience, kindness and attentiveness was outstanding! He is actually someone who really cared about helping me and I could tell that from the first time I talked to him and that never changed. He worked extremely hard for me from day one until I closed. Even after closing, he followed up with me to make sure everything was going well. He far exceeded my expectations!
