  After calling twice before arriving within an hour of calling to confirm everything I needed was in place I arrive to see the person I was speaking to over the phone was with another person and this greeced up New York/jersey guy comes from a back office with the personality of owning the place and all the money in it. He proceeds to tell me instantly without looking at any of my documentation that he couldn’t give me a loan and to try title max because they’re good... he was aggressive and insulting and made me feel pretty embarrassed in front of my son who was with me and the other strangers in the room. After I told him I called and was looking for a title loan the person I had spoken to on the phone brought him the quote she had given me by phone and whatever other information she had which was proof I’d called ahead. He gave the opposite information of everything I had received earlier and was very insulting with his blatant discrimination and presumptive judgement. I am born in this city and never been so rudely disrespected. I feel being prequalified by phone and do disqualified in person without the courtesy of even looking at what documents I had he automatically turned me away based on his own thoughts and I’m tgunking I need to get a printout of what really is required to qualify for a loan. Especially when I have the asset and all income and proof required previously by phone.

Throughout the title loan industry there are occasions where a review of a vehicle’s title documents will result in caution flags, and which in turn raises concerns about its condition and marketability. When a vehicle title is flagged, USA Money Today is required to conduct a more detailed inquiry with the Department of Motor Vehicles to verify the status of the vehicle title. On most occasions, the DMV inquiry results in a prompt response, but on other occasions the response from DMV could take time, and which results in a delay in obtaining the necessary information on the status of the vehicle title. Unfortunately, this DMV inquiry is beyond the control of USA Money Today and any delay in obtaining the necessary information from the DMV affects the review process for a title loan. Here at USA Money Today we are always looking to improve the process and procedures for the title review so that we continue to lead the industry in offering the highest degree of quality products and services to our customers.
