  Normally I don’t leave 5-Star reviews, but for the USA Checks Cashed & Payday Advance store in Riverside I am going to make an exception. I have been coming to this tore for the past several years and they really helped me out of a jam today. I usually only cash my checks there, but an emergency came up and I needed some quick cash. I came in with the documents they asked me for, and in less than 10 minutes I walked out with the $175 I needed. They are the best. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

  Today I went to get a pay day loan I was helped by Jessenia. First off she was so helpful she did such amazing job despite the fact that she was working alone today, honestly the line was non stop she was running back and forth. I Definitely think she deserves a big thank you from the company. At the very least deserves more recognition for all that she did, not only for me but to all the costumers that were there today. I was very impressed by how even under a noticeably stressful situation (there being a non-stop long line) she managed to keep such a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Thank you so much once again jessenia your amazing! Because of my experience today I would highly recommend this establishment.

  The following is a revised review of the USA check cashing store in Riverside, CA. Hopefully Corporate will see this. Yesterday I arrived at the store after work and it was around 100 degrees. The lady named Gracie couldn't find my paper work so she asked me to fill out another application. I was tired, and hot so I refused. She wasn't rude, but very professional. I went home and told my nephew what had happen and he wrote a bad review on her and the business. I just wanted to correct what had happen. I don't want anyone getting bad marks due to these hot headed teenagers flying off on social media. Today I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I want to thank both ladies for their professional attitudes and service.

  Gracie is AWESOME!!!! She multitask n gets her customers out of there n we all leave happy😁I recommend all my family n friends to her..she is fast ,friendly n helps everyone..she's the best!

  They did not cash a check from a business saying that the bank declined or something. Waste of our time. The lady working was having a full conversation with he client completely unrelated to her transaction. Took 30 mins to get declined

  Jesseaina Rios Was extremely nice and helped me get a pay day loan in a very good amount of time and I would definitely recommend this place because of her!

  Great customer service ! Called in before I went in and Yessenia helped me out ! Once I went in she helped me cash my check and was so nice about it ! Haven’t been here in a while due to poor customer service In the past , but with people like her I will be coming back more often every time I need service from you guys ! Excellent job yessenia ! If you want good customer service come here ! Definitely recommend it !

  Will not visit again. I don't expect exceptional customer service everywhere I go, but I was not even given good customer service. I was told I needed to visit the store near where I lived tor the status of a payday loan requested. I don't understand why I was turned away for another store to give me my results. I do, however, visit the store I was told to go to (during 5 o'clock traffic mind you.) and actually received the most amazing customer service I have ever received in my life.
