  Owner dosnt care or she would fire the woman behind the counter she hates her job anyway. Attitude for days and all i needed was my check cashed. Like give me my money with out being a life hating bizz nich would be awesome 👌 😋

  Bad experience today, the lady there was on the phone and she said the system was down to send or receive money, but other people was paying bills, if the system is down how can she do other stuff???? And by the way this person I guess is new because I’ve never seen her before!!

  We apologize for the inconvenience. It sounds like you where wanting to process a MoneyGram transaction and MoneyGram is on its own system, which was down for about 30 minutes yesterday.   I've gone into this Victorville location for many years and the lady that usually helps me, Mayra, is always nice, I've even observed her when other people come in that aren't so friendly and she's always professional. I am quick to point out someone's bad behavior but when someone deserves a compliment, I like to acknowledge that too and she deserves to be complimented.

  I went there for a payday loan the minute I walked in this lady her name is mayra was super rude to me and I still was being very polite I felt like she looked down on me cus I was going in there for a payday loan i felt very uncomfortable I’ve never had to experience she was very unprofessional they need to have better service if I could give no stars I would

We are in the business of lending money and we put a very high value on all our customers and prospective customers coming in to us for a loan. Our customers depend on us as a money lender and we are very appreciative of them and sensitive to their needs. I am sorry we were not able to lend you. The State of California requires us to obtain several documents from each customer and unfortunately, based on the documents you provided, we were not able to lend to you. Again, we apologize if you feel you had a negative experience at our store.

  I usually go get money orders at this location because they are good price and the servers of the ladies behinds the glass are very nice both of them. But the two girls that sites behinds counter in the lobby needs to be more professional because every-time I go there they always talking about their life and laughing loud.

  Great location to visit for all types of services such as check cashing, money order, bill pay even Title loans! Julie was very helpful during my visit. Definitely recommend.

  The customer service at this location really needs to improve with the women who work there and how they deal with customers. Good thing is they're open early during the week.

  This place needs to be shut down because I got a title loan through them they gave me money orders kept the stubs told me I had to wait 2 hours in order to cash it with them I went to the bank the bank wanted to put a two-week hold on the money orders so I went back not even 20 minutes later and they told me they cannot cash the money orders they just gave me do not get a title loan from these people they are extremely rude and disrespectful
