  Called ahead of time to confirm that they were open and showed up 15 minutes prior to closing. The lady said they were closed. So maybe change your hours to 6:45 pm on a Saturday. Will not go back.

  I was so satisfied with the customer support I received from Dorina Luna, she was so professional and I had a wonderful experience because of her. She told me everything I needed and got me a much needed loan, and without the run around. I will definitely be back if I should ever need to get a loan in the future. If more people did business like her, the world would be a better place, just in that alone. She made a stressful time for me turn into a simple ease. My gratitude and thanks again.

  I had an excellent experience with Dorina, and I truly appreciated the Personable, and Professional Customer Service that she provided me! She is truly an Awesome person, and she genuinely cares about people, and helping people get their loans approved. I personally witnessed other people that she assisted, and she consistently provided the same great Customer Service to everyone. She even has the ability to make people feel good, even if they were denied for a loan, or payday advance. I highly recommend anyone that needs a loan or a payday advance, to come and see Dorina!! It will definitely be worth your time!! Tami

  I first applied online...I was called and was told that I would receive paperwork by E-maile; I was never told until today 11/10/20 that it may be in the Spam portion. So on Saturday 10/31/20 I expected paperwork that was to myself had never reached my email for some reason on the Company's end. After this incident I cancelled (over phone) ; still receiving calls. I called my file was available..the attempt to assist me made me uncomfortable. I accidentally called the USA payday loan & Title and was greeted and assisted immediately without the several transferring and multiple same questions asked!? Mrs Dorina Luna, manager at this store was helpful over the phone even when I went in..this made me Comfortable..even with mishaps.. Someone dropped the ball and it was alot of time wasted very disappointing but Mrs Luna stayed overtime and asked me to stay I wanted to leave?!! After 4-hours of waiting and contract signed, no Money Gram code ? Mrs Luna, went beyond and the Gentleman that assisted her. The store's employees (cashier-stayed & Security Officer) ....It did happen but not without Mrs Luna...I wish I could give her a raise..in person had the personal touch..Thank You, very much

  The Lady I spoke with was very arrogant, she didn't even repeat her name to me. She needs to be more professional when she speaks to anyone over the phone. She cannot just be nice to those that will be her customers, or bring her profits, is it because they will bring her money? Customer service should be over all not just when is convinient.

  Dorian Luna was absolutely wonderful and encouraging. She is a blessing and should be recognized for her wonderful spirit. She was so helpful and I can’t wait to see her again.

  Went to get a payday advance at Fast Auto Loans And Payday advance in Colton. They denied us before even filling out the application! Came over here and met Dorina Luna the Manager for USA Checks Cashed, she was very helpful and nice! Dorina was on top of her game!! She approved us in minutes and had 6 other customers she was helping at the same exact time! She gave us an interest free payday loan for being a new customer... We highly recommend USA Checks Cashed !!! She deserves more than five stars but that’s all google lets us give..   I went to titlemax they kicked me out the door with out any help I got discourage And I called around trying to find a title loan stressing trying to find help and google title loans around me and I called USA check cashed and Mrs Dorina answered and said come in and I can do the best that I can to help you out. I had everything against me but by the grace of god miss Dorina is a blessing she worked her magic and I was able to get help I tell you this woman is a blessing she goes above and beyond for people. And just to think I was about to give up and walk out the door. But something told me to have faith and trust her and I did. She is my Guardian angel in the flesh I just want to say thank you she is truly a blessing and as I sit there watching her multitask helping everybody coming threw the door I appreciate Everything she has done for me I just want to say thank you Mrs Dorina you are truly a blessing

I was in a financial bind and Dorina helped guide me through the auto title loan process in order to help me get the cash that I needed. Dorina you are a life saver.
