  I don’t bank at this place I only go for my job and I hate it. I want to shoot my self, it’s not the staff it’s the time management of the bank they need more tellers. But I was told it’s upper management, that why they will have 30 people in line but 2 tellers SMFH 😤😤😤

  This bank is terrible always a long line and only two tellers. I only come here to make a payment on a car note and when they ask why I don’t have an account here I laugh. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Also, the tellers get snotty when you ask why such a long wait

  Very horrible Bank. I checked my balance at an ATM before making a withdraw, to be sure I had enough funds. Afterwards I found out that the bank overcharged me because they said the amount shown to me at the ATM was outdated. I thought that was there mistake, not mine, but they didn't think so and they charged me an $80 overcharge fee(which is the standard fee). They've already been sued for billions of dollars for underhanded policies. I have since closed my account and will never open one here again.

  This bank is the worst when it comes to moving fast, everyday I seem to make a stop they always have a big line and I literally have to wait over 1 hour to be helped, they aren’t even short staffed to begin with it seems they have more then enough workers

  Unacceptably slow. If they’re short staffed I’d understand but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. They work so insanely slow it’s like they don’t care that there are people are waiting in line for over an hour.

  The employees are very helpful and kind especially with handicap people like myself who has trouble walking and getting around i tell everyone to go to this bank on d street they won't regret it

  been in this branch twice in the last week making an attempt to open a corporate business account. twice I and others have waited patiently and frustrated with the long wait time. myself and other customers have simply walked out of the branch due to extended wait times and impersonal branch employees. I have been forced to look for a Inc business checking account elsewhere.

  This is the worst bank of America in entire system. 2 tellers for all the people, 3 tellers doing busy work. I finally got out line after waiting 26 minutes. Another person in line complained about the POOR customer service, we both got out of line and left. Vowing never to return to this branch ever again!

  This bank is ridiculous!!! This bank needs to step it up!!! I Waited an hour to be helped, lines are really long. Only two people at the window, Ya’ll need more employees. Never coming to this Bank of America AGAIN!
