  The kindest most patient teller in the world Moises helped me out with my card when it wasn’t working and went above and beyond to make sure everything would be Ok since I was going out of town. The team at the San Bernardino branch are just so wonderful!! Thank you Thinkwise!!

  Why have atm locations listed on your website as able to go to if they are not for public use. My family friend daughter who does not do mobile app or online has to make deposits and couldn’t since branch not open till 930. Went to atm listed and they said not for public use. Was a huge waste of gas and time

  I am so impressed with Damian Arroyo. He treated us like respected guests while he helped us get a car loan at a fabulous rate. He was organized, knowledgeable, and patient. He even helped me with some apps that I didn't understand and explained things until I did. Need a car loan? Check with him.

  A really grate place. They work with you they help you and the thing I love about this bank is they are very PRACTICAL. What I mean by PRACTICAL is They want want best for you and they will help you get it in a way that works for you. I been here since 2012 and have no plans on leaving anytime soon!!

  Such great customer service from Cynthia Bermudez 9 times out of 10 she usually is the one who answers when I call. Always quick to assist properly & professionally! Thank you Cynthia I have been a member for over 20 years and love this credit union very efficient with Loans I will never go anywhere else!

  My family & I have been using this credit for 10 years. We use it for our personal accounts and I have been able to use it for my businesses also. I love the rate I'm getting on my 60 month CD - hard to beat! And, Teresa is always prompt and pleasant when I need assistance with anything. Thank you!

  Thinkwise has been very helpful with all the questions I've ever had regarding my accounts. Sometimes when I don't know who to call they always guide me to the right person. Thanks! Cynthia, Kimberly, and Teresa have all helped me out with all things CU wise about my accounts, and also George has helped me out with my credit cards. UPDATE! Their Rialto Branch is currently under construction, and I cannot wait to visit this one (it would be closer to my house). Watch for their upcoming opening!

  I’ve been with Thinkwise Credit Union for over 25 years now. All my children have accounts there, and ALL my family. I’ve always had quick and great customer service when applying for signature loans and/or car loans. I plan to stay as long as possible. Thinkwise is they way to go!!!!
