  Hello i have been working with the student loan center for a few months.i have worked with another consolidation company but i must say am pleased with this company and happy they were able to consolidate my loans. For me enabling me to get out and stay out of default.i never had to pay a fee but i was willing to do this to straighten out my account.thank jesssica and the whole team for their support and walking me through the program.thank you e shadiid.

  I’m shocked this wasn’t a scam. After a search lead me the these guys a weight was lifted off my shoulders. So easy. So fast. I highly recommend giving it a chance. The gentleman Johnny I spoke with just followed up and went over upcoming paperwork. An absolute pleasure working with him.

  All I can say is WOW!! Cassandra and her team were able to make the deal of a lifetime for me! I'm not going to say how much my student loan debt was but, she was able to reduce it by more than 75% and now my payments are totally doable and I can feel the huge weight lifted off my shoulders! If you are considering using USSLC, give them a try.. no commitment unless you want... but you will! Thank you again, Cassandra!!

  CUSTOMER SERVICE: 5 STARS COMPANY PURPOSE: 2 STARS The reason they are receiving 4 stars from me is because of the amazing customer service we received from this company. From the very beginning, they were very thorough and detailed. Sonja was who we originated with and she was very helpful with the whole process. We decided to cancel with USSLC because we discovered that if you go to studentloans.gov and sign in, you can fill out the exact paperwork without paying a company $595 to do it for you. We were literally given the same payment quotes from USSLC as the Dept of Education gave us online. USSLC issued us a refund on 10/25/17 and we still have not received it, BUT I did speak with an AMAZING representative a few minutes ago named Maribel who is a billing coordinator there and she sent us an email with all of the confirmation showing that our refund was processing. She was so nice and even though I was frustrated about the refund taking so long, she gave me her direct line and told me to call her if any more issues were to arise. I don't understand why the company makes it seem that they are doing something that you can't do on your own, so I don't recommend using them for business (because, come on, $595 is a lot of money to pay someone for something you can do on your own in 10 minutes) but they have an amazing team that makes sure your needs are met if you decide to do business with them.

  I wanted to thank Marcus for helping me out today with the consolation of all my student loans. He was extremely helpful & professional in every way. My stress level disappeared after our talk. I totally recommend USSLC to everyone!

  The US Student Loan Center is a true blessing. I called after receiving default letters from my borrower and was very confused as to why? Marcus immediately had several solutions to what could be going on. He was very knowledgeable of the process and immediately got me in touch with the borrower to fix my issues. He definitely helped me to understand my responsibilities in this plan and offered a full explaination of the services I was paying for. My very bad morning turned out to be not so bad. After losing my job and making less money, I couldn't fatham the idea of having my checks garnished. Marcus was a true blessing today. He made what I thought was going to be a difficult situation painless and turned my morning around. Thanks Marcus for your support and professionalism!!!

  I've struggled with student loans for years. Before the help from the student loan forgiveness program I could not afford my payments. And it was ruining my credit at a fast pace. Thanks to the forgiveness program I can now afford the payments easily and can begin to rebuild my credit and my future. Definitely a blessing, anyone struggling with hefty student loans should not waste any more time. Call and get help, in 15 minutes I saved my future and you can to. I'm so thankful for this opportunity. Two thumbs up!
