  Beryl Project Engineering recently did a home inspection on my house. They Did a great job. Leo was very knolagable. They were on time,curtious and trustworthy. overall a great experince. I will definitely use and recommend Beryl Project Engineering for other projects in the future.

  I called Beryl after my inspector recommended a structural engineer and they were able to squeeze me in the same day (thank you guys so much). Lance came out and was very to the point and made sure I understand what they issues were, why they are issues and what can be done to remedy them. Thank you so much guys, saved me a million headaches!

  We hired berly to write a report for a repair a contractor was reluctant on fixing and paid $750. We worked with beryl from the beginning of our fixer upper and they recommend some contractors to us as we live out of state. Turns out they've been working with the contractors and probably had some kind of deal with them this whole time and they actually turned in their report we hired them for to the contractors! do. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We had been frauded from the beginning with this. I'm sure the owner or whoever from beryl did not anticipate this and had referred us this to the contractor but now they are together against us. Im actually going out of my way and made this Google email just to let people know about this horrible company. Do not work with them or any contractor they recommend. Most likely they have some kind of kickback deal they get for getting contractors jobs.

  Great Service, they were able to do my structural inspection and my regular inspection on the same day. They were timely and efficient with getting me my inspection reports. The inspector was also very informative when he called explaining everything to me. Would definitely recommend this company.

  Was able to provide appointment for day after I called. Arrived on time, introduced himself and detailed what his inspection entails. Proceeded without problems and competed inspection in a relatively short time. Then explained when to expect my report via email, which arrived the next day. Report included photos of my homes exterior and interior attic. Price was as quoted. Company was recommended by my homeowner's insurance agent.

  We recently moved here from out of state. We had Beryl do an inspection on two homes. We passed on the first home due to all the issues. The second home we had “what we thought” all of the major repairs issues addressed and then purchased that home. Two months after moving in we discovered what was a fake air vent grate put over a hole in the ceiling in a bedroom that was covering a plumbing leak from the mater bedroom. We had to repair the plumbing issue, have the wood sealed in the walls and replace the drywall on the ceiling. This is something they SHOULD have noticed during the inspection! Isn’t that why you pay for an inspection?? Now they refuse any fault and do not want to give us our money back for their mistake!! Do NOT use this company for your inspection unless you don’t want a thorough inspection!! Very dissatisfied!!

  Great company! They confirmed an appointment immediately and came out within 2 days. Super professional and explained everything to us plus gave us the final report within 24 hours. I would definitely use them again and definitely recommend this company for any structural issues.

  We are hoping to buy a small bungalow in St. Pete - and we don't live in the area. We had an original inspection performed by another firm and there are a few shortcomings that need to be repaired prior to closing on this house. Before adjusting our offer, we asked Beryl to come out and give a second independent inspection. Since I was in town only for a few days, they arranged to come out the following day. They performed a thorough inspection, and provided us good estimates of what any repairs would cost. This was very useful in determining a fair ofer for this bungalow. Beryl has been great - very thorough, professional, and also very responsive to questions we had after the inspection. We have been very pleased!

  From start to finish Beryl met and surpassed my expectations. I called up for an inspection at 8am, a technician was at my project before noon! That was incredible, especially in today's climate.   Anthony did our home inspection. The company was easy to work with, he was on time and did a very detailed inspection! We got out of that house contract due to issues he identified and are hiring Beryl for our next house inspection for sure! They're on the more expensive side, but I'd rather pay more for a thorough inspection since a house is a huge investment.
