  Sean and his Team at Metroplex were Amazing!!! I believe communication is key and if I could rate that alone, I would give them a 10 but really the whole process was A+ and stress free. They kept us informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. We recently refinanced to take advantage of the lower rates. and going with Metroplex Did not disappoint

  I cannot say enough great things about working with Metroplex. Everyone who I dealt with was helpful and nice to work with. From Sarah to Elizabeth, then Dave, and lastly Sean, they made my first time home purchase easy. I always received a call back or email if I had a question about the process. I will definitely recommend them to any and everyone I know when it comes time to purchase a home. Their service is definitely worth more than 5 stars.   This review is a long overdue, had dealt with Sean buying another house but this house was a disaster. Apparently he doesn't know anything about buying a Villa with a VA mortgage. 4 days before closing we found out we weren't going to get the mortgage through no fault of our own. We had to scramble to find a place to live. And then they dropped us like a hot potato, so cold-hearted, we were devastated, had to be the most stressful time in our lives. Thankfully we are in our dream house now & had a great lender.

  Paula, With being in business for over 2 decades, we understand the frustration that can come with the mortgage process and appreciate the chance to address your concerns and explain why the issues with your loan were out of our control. As a point of clarification, the issue was not that the property is a villa, but that it is in a leasehold. As a VA approved lender, we are aware that leasehold properties are eligible for VA financing but also know that this type of property requires VA approval. After being informed that the property was in a leasehold, we reached out to the homeowner’s association to request required documentation for VA approval. It took over 30 days for the association to send us the documentation, and once we submitted that documentation to the VA, they were unable to approve the leasehold. I sympathize with your frustrations, because it is frustrating to us as well that we had to wait so long for the documentation that we ended up having to cancel the loan at the eleventh hour. If we had received the documentation sooner we could have let you know with ample time before closing so that you could have moved onto the next property without the time crunch. Please understand that we did not intend to cause any frustration, and we did everything in our power to get the property approved for the loan in question, but ultimately that was not possible. Regardless, we wish you the best going forward.
