  I have refinanced 3-4 times the last 15 years. A couple difficult transactions but Its amazing how quick and easy and painless dealing with Michael Bellano and his team at US Mortgage was. This was by far the easiest transaction and the best financial decision i have ever made. Thanks to Michael and Nicole!!

  Art and his mortgage team were incredible! Four days before refi closing, my wife lost her job. I informed Art of this at 6am and he had his team working on other options by 7am. Instead of giving up on us, Art and his team worked even harder to make it work, always treating us like people, not just a sale. Knowing the loan was still alive, we stayed encouraged and my wife started a new job 13 days later. Our last doc was submitted on 2/7/20 in the AM, we closed 2/7/20 in the PM - 36 day after the initial application with the same great terms, incredible! Had there not been a change in jobs during the process, we would have closed in less than 3 weeks. No other lender could have pulled this off. Art and his team get 10 stars!!!!!

  After our (former) bank gave us the cold shoulder, the team at US Mortgage was like a breath of fresh air. Being first time buyers we were a little nervous going in but they took the time to explain the process in full detail and answered the multitude of questions that came up. Everything went smoothly during closing and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
