  I was comparing rates and costs for a recent refinance and was contacted by Ed Jett at EmpowerFi. He was so responsive and their website was user friendly allowing me to evaluate different options. I decided to go with them due to their clear cost structure and competitive rates. Also because Ed was there every step of the way. The refinance was completed in a matter of weeks, and was so easy to do. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a mortgage or to refinance.

  Don't hesitate for a second to give Ed a call whether you're buying or refinancing. Both he and James will go above and beyond to explain any single thing you may have a question about. Not only does this help to reassure you are in great hands, but it's not something you will find with most lenders out there. Even on a tight schedule during the hectic holiday season, these guys killed it and made sure we closed on time.

  I worked with Ed Jett and the process was very smooth. From the initial contact with Ed, the communication and correspondence were clear and very responsive.   Ed and James handled our refinance from start to finish. They both take excellent customer satisfaction to a new level.   Ed and the EmpowerFi team are fantastic! We recently used them to refinance our home. They had great low interest rates and much lower closing costs than many other places. The process they use is super easy most of it can be done right from your phone. We were able to close super fast shaving years off of our loan and save thousands. Highly recommend.!

  I contacted EmpowerFi after reading about them on an NPR article. They quickly refinanced my VA loan at a better rate than what I had before. I never had to wait long for any answers to my questions and they were excellent to work with. If you have a VA loan or any high rate housing loan, contact them and see if they can do better.
