  Not only has Bill helped me with my refinance, but he's also helped a number of people I know refinance or purchase a home. Not one person I know has had a bad experience. He goes above and beyond in terms of reducing costs, advising on when to lock in your rate and going to bat for you with underwriters to help you achieve whatever your goal is for your purchase or refinance.
