  I used their employee reimbursement option at the end of the year. They took $11k out of one bank account but never got it into my other bank account because their system went down...for over 3 weeks. I asked to pick up a check because missing $11k ruined my life. They wouldn't let me drive over there to pick it up, said they couldn't do that. I said BS. They wouldn't help me. So I went to the bank and filed a form stating they took the money but didn't put it where it was supposed to go. The bank got me my money back. As far as the customer service people, they are all really friendly and want to help. It was the people higher up that wouldn't help me.

  Horrible company. I lost my job end o Feburary and emails sent work email address which no longer worked. They still had my money no notice I had to use by the end of March. When I tried to file a claim with a receipt in May. They never responded telling me it was after the period, so that I could submit afterward. Spoke to a supervisor that said it was all my fault and won't give me MY money and will give it to my previous company. Told her I was declined in the past and she said I needed to file a claim online at that time... total rip offs! No help and ignorant employees!!!

  I have been on hold for over 7 hours total with this company because of a rollover that I requested two months ago. If I kept several thousand dollars from someone and refused to give it back for two months you bet there'd be legal consequences. But apparently TASC can just tell me to call back next week.

  It's a scam company. I reimbursement last week about $1700 and after that I used TASC card at Cubfood, very small amount of about $10, today I checked out MyCash and turnout all the money disappear.

  Do not sign up for TASC! I signed up for FSA and signed up for the max amount with a family of 6. We had some planned medical expenses that were to occur during March break. Covid 19 happened and they were cancelled. Since I am an essential worker, I had to quit my job to care for my children. My job never told me that I would loose my benefits. Now I can get my kids the medical care they need but no longer have access to the money I put into my account! Ridiculous!!!!! Not fair and NOT OK!

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are blatant thieves. The saddest part of it is that none of these reviews/experiences will have a consequence for them because oversight of healthcare corporations is so poor.

  After approving my request, they did not pay out my FSA reimbursement. I ended up getting a message saying they were sending the funds back to my employer minus 'fees'. From the way I understood it, your employer signs up for an FSA year, they really have to pay 15 months of administration fees, and if you take your business elsewhere the next year they just take money out of your FSA for themselves to cover the fees they believe they are owed by your employer.

  I would give them a big ZERO. Their customer service is sourced out to the Philippines. I filed for a reimbursement sent the proper receipts (uploaded online TWICE) and the reimbursement requests have been declined 3 times. My HR Supervisor even joined me on a call to them. Still declined...... I am sure the executives sitting in WI don't really care!

  The worst employee benefits I've ever had. My TASC credit card is declined every time I use it. And their crack staff can only put you on hold. That's literally the only skill they possess!

  This company sucks! I sent in my receipts from the Boys and Girls Club. Denied. Called customer service and they stated I need an itemized receipt, which I explained I had sent. Then they said I needed a better description. I ask what they were looking for in the description, which she couldn't answer. Got a new receipt from B&GC, which I sent, with a letter from the directory if they had any issues to call her. Denied. Absolutely worthless. Currently on hold for 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone.
