I will report that their website description is deceptive: "Our proprietary database of certified notary and attorney signing agents are second-to-none. Our signing agents have extensive experience" Their database is not their own, and is definitely not proprietary. The database is signingorder.com. They pay a subscription fee to use this database along with several other competitors in the same markets.

Marcy S1This company was sent to notarize paperwork on a home sale. The notary was clueless about the paperwork we were signing. Unprepared and basically just handed over papers for us to sign with no explanation of what we were signing. We’ve dealt with notaries at least a dozen times and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had.
